Project-Based Services
Once work has started on a project, refunds are not available. This includes website development, web applications, app development, and SEO services.
We provide clear project milestones and regular updates to ensure you're satisfied with the progress at every stage.
Consultations
Free consultations are provided at no cost and are non-refundable.
Care Plans
Monthly care plans can be cancelled at any time. Payments already made are not refundable. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Work has not yet started on your project
- Agreed deliverables were not provided within the specified timeline
Any exceptions are handled at our discretion and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
